About This Project
Riverstone is an early-stage concept exploring how a wellness-focused community can be built around a river without disturbing its floodplain.
Buildings are arranged along the contour lines of the site, with permeable ground surfaces throughout to keep the water table healthy.
The masterplan includes a central bathing pavilion, a network of meditation courtyards, and shared kitchen gardens tended collectively by residents.
